Strood scheme shortlisted for Housing Design Awards
We are delighted to announce that our scheme in Strood, Kent has been shortlisted for the Housing Design Awards 2023. The proposal will provide 48 mixed tenure apartments and 870m2 of commercial space.

Bradbury Works has been shortlisted for the AJ Architecture Awards for best refurb and best workplace project (up to £20 million).

NTS Summer Party
It was nice to see Gillett Square so animated for NTS's free party on a hot Saturday in September. Our Bradbury Works project forms a great backdrop to the events that take place in the square both by day and at night.

Artist studio complete
Our artist studio is now complete. We look forward to seeing the artist inhabit her new space and watching the garden transform over time.

Summer gathering at Bradbury Works terrace
A handful of studios from Bradbury Works gathered to celebrate and inaugurate the new external terrace. Thank you to everyone who joined us. We look forward to doing this again, and at a larger scale, soon.

Civic Trust Award Winners
Bradbury Works has been awarded a 2024 Civic Trust Award — one of only 22 national winners. The judges commented: "The project successfully marries architectural excellence with a deep understanding of the community's needs, making it a standout example of how thoughtful design can contribute to the social and cultural fabric of a neighbourhood."
